Put two tablespoons of olive oil or any oil you have in a preferably non-stick skillet. Add the garlic, the onion cut into julienne strips, then add two tablespoons of sesame seeds and let them brown. Finally, add the carrot sticks and the curry.
Sauté all the ingredients for 2 minutes over medium-low heat and add the brown rice. Adjust the salt and sauté for one more minute. Add the soy sauce, leave on the heat for 1 more minute, and serve immediately.
