Yakimeshi-Style Rice

A delicious rice recipe that becomes very nutritious with the addition of vegetables and egg.

  • 1 cup rice, it can be precooked
  • carrots, finely chopped
  • pumpkins, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • soy sauce
  • garlic
  • salt

  • Cook the rice as you usually do.
  • Chop the vegetables and fry them with a little garlic powder and salt.
  • Make a space in the center of the vegetable pan and cook the egg, stirring constantly so that it breaks into small pieces; once cooked, mix it with the vegetables.
  • Once the rice is ready, integrate it with the vegetables and the egg, add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and fry for a few minutes.
  • All set, your rice is ready to serve.
