  • 1/2 kilos tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cut the tomatoes into pieces without peeling them.
  • Fry the tomatoes along with the sliced onion and garlic in oil.
  • Add 3 liters of water.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Wait for the broth to thicken and then blend in the blender and strain.

  • The soup should be watery.
