1/2 kilos tomato
1 onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup rice
2 cloves garlic
salt
pepper

Cut the tomatoes into pieces without peeling them.
Fry the tomatoes along with the sliced onion and garlic in oil.
Add 3 liters of water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Wait for the broth to thicken and then blend in the blender and strain.
Transfer to another pot, and when it starts to boil, add the rice and wait for it to cook.
The soup should be watery.
