1/2 cups rice
1 cup onion, slices
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cups tomato purée
1 cup celery
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 green bell pepper, fresh
1 teaspoon sugar
1 leaf bay
1 cup water
1 can red bell pepper
Preparation

Wash the rice with cold water and drain it.
Inside the pressure cooker, fry the sliced onions until they are golden.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and mix them, cook under pressure for 7 to 14 minutes on low heat. Release the pressure with cold water.
