2 cans Albo® squid in ink
1 onion, medium
1 clove garlic
400 grams tomato, ripe
1 glass rice
herb, aromatic
1/2 glasses red wine, small
olive oil
salt, and black pepper

Peel and chop the onion and garlic into pieces.
Sauté in a pan with a drizzle of oil, and when browned, add the diced tomatoes, aromatic herbs, salt, and black pepper.
Pass this sauce through a strainer, bring it to the pan, add the red wine, and incorporate all the contents of the cans of squid.
Let the wine reduce a bit while stirring constantly.
Accompany with white rice that we have cooked in 2 cups of lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
