400 grams canned chickpea, washed and drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Dry the chickpeas with a paper towel.
Stir with olive oil in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
