1 eggplant
2 zucchinis
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cup rice
2 cups water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cups soy
100 grams alfalfa sprouts

Cook the rice.
Slice the eggplant, soak it in a pot with enough water and a little salt for 30 minutes.
Slice the zucchini and chop the red and yellow bell peppers.
Coat the vegetables in oil and grill them.
Serve the rice with a little soy sauce, add the vegetables on top, and place the alfalfa sprouts.
