Seafood Rice with Shrimp

Delicious seafood rice that you can prepare very easily, great for Lent.

  • rice seasoning
  • 1 cup rice, of your preference
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 300 grams shrimp, pack
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 1 cup white wine
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Prepare the rice with the rice seasoning.
  • In a pan, heat a little oil.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic.
  • Add the shrimp, thyme, parsley.
  • Season with a little salt, finally add the wine and set aside.
  • When the rice is ready, serve with the hot shrimp on top.
