1 cup rice, of your preference
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
300 grams shrimp, pack
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 sprigs parsley
1 cup white wine
salt
pepper
Preparation

Prepare the rice with the rice seasoning.
In a pan, heat a little oil.
Sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the shrimp, thyme, parsley.
Season with a little salt, finally add the wine and set aside.
When the rice is ready, serve with the hot shrimp on top.
