  • Pre-cook the potatoes cut into wedges in salted water.
  • In a glass container, add mustard, hot red sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix very well with the help of a whisk or fork until homogeneous.
  • Add the pre-cooked and peeled potatoes to the marinade mixture; after marinating for 15 minutes, grill over medium heat until lightly browned and set aside.
  • For the mayonnaise, in a glass container, add mayonnaise, garlic powder, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, finely chopped basil, finely chopped parsley, and blend all the ingredients together.
  • Serve the potatoes accompanied by the mayonnaise.
