Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

  • 1 1/2 cups potato, grated
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil, with flavor (garlic, rosemary)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 30 grams grated cheese
  • onions, chopped

  • Mix the grated potato with the oil to form a paste for the crust, place it in a mold, and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • In a pan, add a little oil and sauté the onion, then add the mushrooms.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add the spinach, letting it cook for one or two minutes, then set aside.
  • Mix the eggs and milk.
  • Once the crust is cooked, add the egg and milk mixture along with the spinach and mushrooms.
  • Cover with cheese and bake again for 20 minutes at 180°C.
