1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup spinach, chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
vegetable oil, with flavor (garlic, rosemary)
3 eggs
1 cup cow's milk
30 grams grated cheese
onions, chopped

Mix the grated potato with the oil to form a paste for the crust, place it in a mold, and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
In a pan, add a little oil and sauté the onion, then add the mushrooms.
Season with salt and pepper and add the spinach, letting it cook for one or two minutes, then set aside.
Mix the eggs and milk.
Once the crust is cooked, add the egg and milk mixture along with the spinach and mushrooms.
Cover with cheese and bake again for 20 minutes at 180°C.
