3/4 kilos spinach
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 egg
1/4 cups cream

Remove the stems from the leaves and wash them.
Boil with the onion in water.
Take the spinach, drain it, and chop it finely.
Mix with cream, egg, salt, and pepper.
Grease a baking dish with butter and tightly pack the spinach.
Cook in a double boiler.
