  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups cream

  • Boil with the onion in water.
  • Take the spinach, drain it, and chop it finely.
  • Mix with cream, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and tightly pack the spinach.
