Spiral Potatoes with Cheese

You can't miss these spiral potatoes, they are an excellent option to treat the whole family during parties and family gatherings. Serve with ketchup and yellow cheese.

  • 200 grams American cheese, for the yellow cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, for the yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour, for the yellow cheese
  • 2 cups milk, for the yellow cheese

  • Insert the potato onto a skewer, cut diagonally, and twist the potato until you finish cutting.
  • Heat a deep pot with oil. Then fry the spiral potatoes until they are golden and crispy. Once you take them out, add a little salt while they are still hot.
  • Serve the spiral potatoes with ketchup and hot sauce.
  • For homemade yellow cheese: Pour the yellow cheese, butter, flour, and milk into a pot, cook while stirring, until it has a thick consistency.
