Strips with Cheeses

Delicious strips with gouda and panela cheese. Prepare this Mexican dish for a taco party or to accompany white rice.

  • 2 cups green rajas, poblano
  • 100 grams panela cheese , in cubes
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 100 grams Gouda cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cube chicken bullion
  • 2 grams salt , to taste
  • 2 grams pepper , to taste

  • In the pan, place the oil, poblano strips, and onion to cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour the evaporated milk, add the chicken broth, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well and add the cream.
  • Cut the panela cheese into squares and add them to the strips; let cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Finally, place the gouda cheese on top and let it gratin.
