2 cups green rajas, poblano
100 grams panela cheese , in cubes
1/2 cups sour cream
100 grams Gouda cheese, grated
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/2 cups evaporated milk
3 tablespoons oil
1 cube chicken bullion
2 grams salt , to taste
2 grams pepper , to taste

In the pan, place the oil, poblano strips, and onion to cook for 1 minute.
Pour the evaporated milk, add the chicken broth, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix well and add the cream.
Cut the panela cheese into squares and add them to the strips; let cook for about 2 minutes.
Finally, place the gouda cheese on top and let it gratin.
