Tabascan Chicken Salad

Delicious chicken salad with potatoes, carrots in a mayonnaise and cream sauce. It is very generous for parties and is Tabascan.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 kilos potato
  • 1 kilo carrot
  • 3 table cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 onions
  • fingers salt

  • Cook the chicken with the onion and salt, shred it.
  • In a separate pot, boil the carrots and potatoes cut into small cubes (making sure not to overcook the potatoes and carrots).
  • Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl, add the chicken, carrots, and potatoes, mix and adjust for salt.
  • Refrigerate for half an hour. Serve.
