2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 tamales
5 eggs , large
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
green salsas, tomatillo, hot
Preparation

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the pieces of tamale, frying and stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until golden.
Beat the eggs and evaporated milk in a large bowl until combined.
Add to the skillet; cover it.
Cook over medium-low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until the center is set.
Top with cheese; cover it.
Remove from heat.
Let sit for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve with sauce on top.
