Artichoke and Heart of Palm Tartare

  • 5 artichoke hearts
  • 5 hearts of palm
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sprig basil
  • salt

  • Dice the artichoke, hearts of palm, and mozzarella into cubes of the same size. Place them in a bowl and stir.
  • Remove the seeds from the tomato, dice it into cubes of the same size, and add to the bowl.
  • Mix the olive oil with chopped basil to taste and salt. Add the dressing to the previous vegetables with the cheese, and mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
