300 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
150 milliliters whipping cream
300 grams Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons oil
2 red bell peppers, in cubes
250 grams artichoke heart, in slices
100 grams onion, finely chopped
10 button mushrooms, sliced
250 grams spinach, cut into thin strips
3 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
salt and pepper

Place in a pot over low heat, the cream and cream cheese. Once hot, incorporate the parmesan cheese.
Remove immediately as soon as it comes to a boil and pour into a glass baking dish. Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes (until cool).
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the bell pepper, artichoke, onion, mushrooms, and spinach separately. Drain excess liquid and let cool.
Mix the sautéed vegetables and incorporate the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
