  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons parsley , chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese , finely chopped
  • 1 cup nut , chopped
  • pepper, to taste

  • Bake a pie crust if necessary, without filling, following the package instructions.
  • Combine the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt, milk, eggs, nutmeg, and parsley in a large bowl to make the cream.
  • Mix and season to taste.
  • In the baked dish, place the broccoli and cubed feta cheese in equal amounts on the base.
  • Pour the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt mixture into the pie dish until full and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes in the oven (400ºF).
  • When golden, remove and let cool before serving.
