1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cups white wine
750 grams broccoli
pepper
100 grams cranberries
100 grams nut , chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

Soak the walnuts and blueberries in warm water.
In a pot, heat the oil, add the garlic, and let it brown slightly. Add the broccoli and the wine, and let the wine reduce over low heat.
Add the drained blueberries and walnuts.
Season to taste.
Parmesan cheese is added at the moment of serving.
