Broccoli with Blueberries and Walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 750 grams broccoli
  • pepper
  • 100 grams cranberries
  • 100 grams nut , chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Soak the walnuts and blueberries in warm water.
  • In a pot, heat the oil, add the garlic, and let it brown slightly. Add the broccoli and the wine, and let the wine reduce over low heat.
  • Add the drained blueberries and walnuts.
  • Season to taste.
  • Parmesan cheese is added at the moment of serving.
