1 broccoli, large
1 cauliflower, large
1 onion, cut into cubes
1 egg
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cow's milk
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
10 walnuts, chopped
2/3 cups cheddar cheese
salt, and pepper to taste

Wash, disinfect, and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into medium pieces.
Boil water in a deep container. Once the water is boiling, add the vegetables for 1 minute. Drain the water and set aside.
Beat the egg, dissolve the cornstarch in half a cup of milk. Heat the rest of the milk with the onion over medium heat and add the cornstarch.
Remove from heat and add the grated cheddar cheese, the beaten egg, the vegetables, and half of the breadcrumbs.
Season everything with salt and pepper to taste and pour it all into a previously greased glass baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the breadcrumbs and the walnuts. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
