Cabbage and Carrot Salad

A delicious cabbage and carrot salad, a very nutritious and easy recipe to make. You can use it to accompany your meal or for a light dinner.

  • 400 grams Oaxaca cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1/8 white cabbages, washed and disinfected
  • 1 can ear corn, yellow, drained
  • 2 tomatoes, large, washed and cut into quarters and eighths
  • 3 lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Tear the cabbage leaves by hand and place them in a bowl along with all the ingredients except for the Oaxaca cheese, which will only be used as a decoration when serving.
  • Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and they will be ready to serve.
