4 carrots, washed and grated
1/2 onions, sliced thin
1 garlic, chopped
salt , and pepper to taste

cascabel chiles

In a pan, heat a little oil and add the chopped onion and garlic, stirring until the onion turns translucent.
Add the carrot to the onion and season with salt and pepper until the carrot softens.
Make a sauce with the cascabel chili and add it to a pan, heating it with a little oil.
Place the tortillas for a few seconds in the sauce, this is just to give the tortilla a little color.
Place the carrot filling inside the tortilla and roll it up like a flute.
