Glazed Carrots

Delicious diced carrots cooked with sugar and cinnamon. A tasty way to get kids to eat more vegetables.

  • 6 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Peel and chop the carrots into small cubes.
  • In a medium-sized pot, heat the vegetable oil.
  • Add the carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add the sugar and cinnamon, cover the pot, and cook until the carrots are tender (approx. 15 minutes).
  • Remove the lid and continue cooking until they are caramelized.
