Hidden Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 40 grams sour cream
  • 30 grams unsalted butter
  • 70 grams turkey deli ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chives

  • Clean and cut the cauliflower to separate the florets. Boil it in salted water until soft. Drain the water and let it drain.
  • Transfer the cauliflower to the blender and blend until you get a puree. If you prefer, you can also mash it with a wooden spoon.
  • Empty the puree into a bowl and add butter, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until you have a creamy puree.
  • Cut the ham into small cubes and add it to the puree. Chop some green onions and sprinkle them on top.
