Chard Baked with Potatoes

Try some delicious chard baked in the oven with a bit of potato and melted cheese, delicious!

  • 4 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 400 grams chard , cooked and drained
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • salt , and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons tarragon, dehydrated
  • 1/2 cups Chihuahua cheese, grated

  • Sauté the onion in a skillet with oil and set aside when it's ready.
  • Grease a glass baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Mix the chard, potatoes, sautéed onion, salt, pepper, and tarragon. Serve in the prepared baking dish.
  • Cover the baking dish with the grated cheese and broil in the oven. Once this happens, the chard will be ready.
  • Serve hot.
