Chayotes with Cream and Cheese

Chayotes with cream and cheese are a delicious way to prepare chayotes. Chayote is a vegetable that we don't normally consume, but you'll see that you'll love them and eat them much more.

  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
