In a skillet, melt the unsalted margarine and sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chile and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the beans and the broth and mash them until a paste forms, season with the Knorr® Tomato Bouillon cube and cumin.
Incorporate the cheese and let the beans firm up.
Stuff the previously softened chiles and serve 2 on each plate. They can be accompanied by a tomato broth, and if used as a side for another dish, serve one on each plate.
