  • 4 chili peppers to fill La Huerta
  • 1 cup white rice, pre-cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups beans, whole cooked
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 150 grams tomato purée
  • 150 grams sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons chicken bullion
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Thaw the “La Huerta” Stuffed Chiles in a container with hot water.
  • Cook the pre-cooked rice according to the package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix the rice with the cooked beans.
  • Open each chile in half vertically, remove the seeds, fill with ¼ of the rice and bean mixture, and close it.
  • Heat a small skillet with a little oil, sauté the onion, add the tomato purée, mix and cook for 2 min.
  • Add the sour cream gradually, mix, add the parsley and chicken broth. Cook for 4 min.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Reheat the chiles if necessary and bathe them with the tomato sauce.
