4 chili peppers to fill La Huerta
1 cup white rice, pre-cooked
1 1/2 cups beans, whole cooked
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
150 grams tomato purée
150 grams sour cream
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoons chicken bullion
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Thaw the “La Huerta” Stuffed Chiles in a container with hot water.
Cook the pre-cooked rice according to the package instructions.
In a bowl, mix the rice with the cooked beans.
Open each chile in half vertically, remove the seeds, fill with ¼ of the rice and bean mixture, and close it.
Heat a small skillet with a little oil, sauté the onion, add the tomato purée, mix and cook for 2 min.
Add the sour cream gradually, mix, add the parsley and chicken broth. Cook for 4 min.
Season with salt and pepper.
Reheat the chiles if necessary and bathe them with the tomato sauce.
