Quick and tasty ham-stuffed chiles, these chiles can be prepared as a delicious snack or as a main dish.

  • 6 Poblano chiles
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 4 tomatoes, red
  • 1 onion
  • 1 roll fresh cilantro
  • 6 slices panela cheese

  • Boil the chiles with some bay leaves and salt to taste, then once cooked, cut them on one side and remove the veins.
  • Cut the ham into cubes and mix it with the pico de gallo (onion, cilantro, tomato).
  • Then stuff your chiles and add a slice of panela cheese. You can serve them with beans and a vegetable salad.
