Cut the bell peppers in half and clean them, then add olive oil, pepper, and salt inside, and microwave them for 40 seconds.
Finely chop the cabbage, carrot, and onion, and mix with the sprouts.
Squeeze the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper, then add to the salad and mix.
Stuff the red peppers and serve.
