This is an excellent side dish as it is very easy to prepare and pairs well with any type of meat; in my case, I served it with a BBQ rib on my birthday.
Boil a pot of water with salt, wash and disinfect the spinach, and remove the leaf's rib.
Finely chop the garlic and onion into small cubes, then the bacon.
Chop the washed, disinfected, and drained spinach, and place it in the pot with salted water for no more than 2 minutes. Remove from the water with a strainer and let it drain.
Sauté the bacon in a hot skillet to release the fat, then add the onion, and when it becomes transparent, add the garlic and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Add the spinach and cream, stir well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
