Try this delicious creamed spinach, as it is full of flavor thanks to Bionda® Ricotta, which will give a special touch to this side dish ideal for a barbecue.
Blend Bionda® Ricotta, sour cream, whole milk, salt, and pepper for 3 minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
Heat the butter in a cast iron skillet, cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until slightly golden, add the spinach and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the blended mixture of Bionda® Ricotta, mix well, and cook on low heat for 5 more minutes. Add the parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
Serve the creamed spinach in the same skillet and accompany with Bionda® Ricotta and baguette bread.
