Green Bean Casserole

A delicious side dish to accompany any type of meat. It is also the perfect dish when you want to eat something healthy and tasty. The green bean casserole is delicious!

  • 1 kilo green beans, tender
  • 6 slices turkey deli ham
  • 1/2 sticks butter, or margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • salt, to taste

  • Clean and cut the green beans into small pieces. Boil them in salted water and drain.
  • Grease a baking dish and layer with green beans, cream, breadcrumbs, diced ham (in the middle layers and strips on top), Parmesan cheese, and small pieces of margarine. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Bake at high heat until slightly golden.
