  • 1/2 kilos green beans
  • 1/2 onions
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • salt
  • 3/4 cups almonds, sliced

  • Cut the green beans into 2 or 3 pieces.
  • Cook the green beans with the half onion and the salt.
  • When they are tender, remove from heat and drain.
  • Put them back on the heat with cubes of butter and the almond.
