Marinated Portobellos
If you like portobellos, you have to try this delicious and easy recipe; you just need to marinate them with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and parsley. You can serve them with salmon, chicken, and meat.

2 trays portobello mushroom, medium size
1 tablespoon olive oil , or garlic or onion oil
salt , and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
parsley , finely chopped
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
lemon juice

Cut the mushrooms into slightly thick slices, about 3 cm.
Cook the mushrooms with the olive oil; add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, parsley, onion, garlic, and lemon juice, and coat the mushrooms.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours (it can be longer; this is to allow the flavors to infuse).
Serve cold.
