Marinated Portobellos

If you like portobellos, you have to try this delicious and easy recipe; you just need to marinate them with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and parsley. You can serve them with salmon, chicken, and meat.

  • 2 trays portobello mushroom, medium size
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil , or garlic or onion oil
  • salt , and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • parsley , finely chopped
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • lemon juice

  • Cut the mushrooms into slightly thick slices, about 3 cm.
  • Cook the mushrooms with the olive oil; add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  • Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, parsley, onion, garlic, and lemon juice, and coat the mushrooms.
  • Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours (it can be longer; this is to allow the flavors to infuse).
  • Serve cold.
