It's a very healthy and quite appetizing snack that has given us good results in barbecues; it's just to change the typical fried snacks and is excellent for a weekend.

20 strips bacon

To fill the mushrooms, first, clean them by removing the stem in the middle. And wash them beforehand.
They are filled with cream cheese.
Bacon is wrapped around them to cover almost completely the mushroom.
And toothpicks are added to ensure their firmness.
With the charcoal lit, when the flame is low, it's time to put them on the grill. Preferably not in the center, but a bit on the edges.
