Grilled Mushrooms

It's a very healthy and quite appetizing snack that has given us good results in barbecues; it's just to change the typical fried snacks and is excellent for a weekend.

  • 20 button mushrooms
  • 20 strips bacon
  • 210 grams cream cheese

  • To fill the mushrooms, first, clean them by removing the stem in the middle. And wash them beforehand.
  • They are filled with cream cheese.
  • Bacon is wrapped around them to cover almost completely the mushroom.
  • And toothpicks are added to ensure their firmness.
  • With the charcoal lit, when the flame is low, it's time to put them on the grill. Preferably not in the center, but a bit on the edges.
