1 clove garlic, chopped
200 grams bacon
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
200 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated
8 flour tortillas

Fry the bacon, when it starts to release fat add the garlic and then the peppers and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place half of the cheese on 4 tortillas, add the mushroom mixture, and finally add the other half of the cheese and another tortilla on top.
Heat on a hot griddle until the cheese melts.
