Mushroom and Chihuahua Triangles

These are practical little quesadillas perfect for snacking, they are very tasty and easy to prepare, with Chihuahua cheese that melts so deliciously that my family loves it.

  • 250 grams button mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 200 grams spinach, washed, drained, and chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 5 serrano chiles, into thin strips
  • 10 flour tortillas, large
  • 250 grams Chihuahua cheese
  • salt, and pepper
  • vegetable oil

  • Sauté the onion, add the strips of chili and fry for 1 minute.
  • Empty the mushrooms and spinach, stir, season with salt and pepper, and cover for 3 more minutes.
  • Heat the tortillas and place a slice of cheese to melt, then add the mushrooms and close the quesadilla.
  • Finally, cut into triangles and fry with a little oil or just on the griddle without fat.
