3/4 cups flour

200 grams white button mushrooms, clean
vegetable oil
soy

In a bowl, combine beer, flour, and salt, mix.
Heat the oil until it reaches a temperature of 375ºF.
Dip the mushrooms in the mixture.
Take out and fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tempura and place it on absorbent paper, season with salt.
Serve with soy sauce.
