  • 280 grams button mushrooms
  • 2 chives, with stems, sliced thin
  • 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper, crushed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Clean the mushrooms with a towel, do not wet them. If they are large, they can be sliced. Steam the mushrooms until soft, about 20 minutes.
  • Place in a medium bowl and let cool. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
