Soy Sauce Sautéed Mushrooms

Sautéed mushrooms with soy sauce and a hint of garlic. They make a delicious side dish or snack. Plus, they are extremely easy to prepare.

  • 1/4 cups soy sauce 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • In a skillet, lightly brown the finely chopped garlic.
  • Add the mushrooms and drizzle them with a bit of soy sauce.
  • Allow the mushrooms to reduce in size. Season with ground pepper.
