Clean 12 mushrooms and remove the stems, place them on a baking sheet with a little olive oil.
Clean and chop into small cubes,

1 Bell Pepper (your choice of color; in my case, I prefer red; the more colorful, the more pleasant to the eye, especially if there are children at home).
In 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion, and bell pepper; when the pepper is soft, remove the garlic and add the tuna.
At this point in the preparation, if desired, you can add chipotle chili for a spicy touch.
Adjust salt if necessary and add.
Remove from heat.
Fill the mushrooms with the tuna mixture we have cleaned on the baking sheet and place grated melting cheese on top.
With the oven preheated to 200°C, place the baking sheet with the mushrooms until the cheese melts.
