800 grams onion
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cups honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt , and pepper

Slice the onions finely in julienne.
Melt the butter and add the onions, season with salt and pepper. Let the onions sauté over low heat.
Add the honey and cook until well combined with the onions.
Add the vinegar and stir well.
Remove from heat and once cooled, serve.
