  • 4 cups nopal, chopped and cooked
  • 1 cup tomato , chopped
  • 1 cup white onion , fileteada
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • In a skillet, heat oil.
  • Add the cooked cactus, cooking for 3 minutes, and incorporate the tomato and onion.
  • Once the tomato starts to break down, add chicken broth, oregano, and cilantro.
