Romanesco Burgers

Great recipe to eat vegetables. These romanesco burgers are a delight and they are very easy to make. This peculiar vegetable is a hybrid between cauliflower and broccoli that you will love. Give it a try.

  • 1 broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams grated cheese
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs, with garlic and parsley
  • oil

  • Cut the romanesco into pieces, cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from the water and drain once cooked. Make a puree with it.
  • Beat the eggs separately and add to the puree.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix.
  • Shape small burgers with the mixture, fry in a pan and serve.
