1 broccoli
3 eggs
50 grams grated cheese
50 grams breadcrumbs, with garlic and parsley
oil
Preparation

Cut the romanesco into pieces, cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the water and drain once cooked. Make a puree with it.
Beat the eggs separately and add to the puree.
Add the other ingredients and mix.
Shape small burgers with the mixture, fry in a pan and serve.
