250 grams corn kernels
250 milliliters sour cream
2 teaspoons butter
2 cloves garlic

Heat a skillet with butter, sauté the onion and garlic.
Once the onion is soft, add the spinach and cover for 3 minutes until the preparation dehydrates a bit.
Add the corn kernels until they are incorporated with the spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once everything is incorporated and cooked, uncover until the liquid evaporates a bit. Serve.
