Fried Zucchini

So that your burger side doesn't always have to be fries, prepare these Fried Zucchini that you can serve as a snack or side dish.

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • soy
  • salt , to taste (optional)
  • pepper, to taste (optional)
  • vegetable oil , enough for frying

  • Cut the zucchini into sticks of the same size.
  • In a bowl, combine the zucchini with garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs.
  • Coat the zucchini with flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
  • When the oil is hot, fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes will be sufficient. Place on paper towels and serve hot.
