So that your burger side doesn't always have to be fries, prepare these Fried Zucchini that you can serve as a snack or side dish.

2 zucchinis
1 clove garlic, chopped
olive oil
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
soy
salt , to taste (optional)
pepper, to taste (optional)
vegetable oil , enough for frying

Cut the zucchini into sticks of the same size.
In a bowl, combine the zucchini with garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs.
Coat the zucchini with flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
When the oil is hot, fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes will be sufficient. Place on paper towels and serve hot.
