1 can ear corn
1 can bell pepper, sliced
1 can beans, whole
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch basil, dry, ground
salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoons dry chicken broth or bouillon

We open the cans, place them in a large strainer to drain and rinse them.
We heat a pan over low heat, add the olive oil, and all the ingredients, mix and let cook for 15 minutes.
