White Spaghetti with Ham

  • 200 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 10 grams butter
  • 417 grams sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 11 grams dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 500 grams deli ham
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons pepper

  • Boil water in a pot along with the garlic, onion, oil, and half a tablespoon of salt, then add the spaghetti. When cooked, drain the water.
  • Cut the ham into small cubes.
  • Add the butter, chicken broth, and ham to a pot, when the ham is slightly fried, incorporate the cream, mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the spaghetti once the sauce is boiling, mix, and serve.
