  • 1 kilo Sos® brown rice
  • 2 kilos carrot , grated
  • 1 kilo beet, shredded
  • 400 grams nut , sliced
  • 700 grams Manchego cheese, chopped
  • olive oil
  • orange juice
  • honey
  • salt

  • To cook the rice, it is not necessary to rinse it; simply cook 1 cup of rice with two cups of water. First, heat the water and when it is about to boil, add the rice and let it cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat to prevent the rice from breaking. Let it cool.
  • Place in a wide and not too deep bowl, the portion of each ingredient (rice, carrot, beet), forming little mounds, and drizzle each ingredient with olive oil and orange juice, so that each ingredient absorbs the flavor and is perfectly seasoned. Let it rest for 2 minutes and stir together with the cheese, walnut, honey, and salt.
